Getting Started

How do I create my first campaign?
Creating your first campaign is easy! Navigate to the Campaigns tab, click "New Campaign", and choose a template or start from scratch. Define your target audience, craft your messaging across channels (email, LinkedIn, SMS), set your sequence timing, and launch. Our AI assistant can help you optimise each step.
What's the difference between a campaign and a sequence?
A campaign is your overall outreach initiative with defined goals and target audience. A sequence is the series of touchpoints (emails, LinkedIn messages, calls) within that campaign. Think of the campaign as the strategy and the sequence as the tactical execution.
How do I import my contact list?
Go to Contacts → Import → Upload CSV. Your CSV should include columns for email, first name, last name, company, and any custom fields you want to track. Our system will automatically validate and enrich your contacts with additional data like job titles and company information.
Can I test campaigns before going live?
Absolutely! Use the "Test Mode" feature to send test emails to yourself or team members. You can preview how your messages will look, test personalisation variables, and ensure everything works perfectly before launching to your prospects.

Campaigns & Sequences

How many touchpoints should I include in a sequence?
We recommend 5-7 touchpoints across 2-3 weeks for optimal results. This gives you enough opportunities to engage without overwhelming prospects. Mix different channels (email, LinkedIn, phone) and vary your messaging approach. Our analytics will show you which touchpoints drive the best results.
Can I pause or stop a campaign mid-flight?
Yes! You can pause any campaign at any time. Prospects who haven't started the sequence won't be contacted, and those in progress will stop at their current step. When you resume, they'll continue from where they left off. You can also remove individual prospects from sequences at any time.
How does AI personalisation work?
Our AI analyses each prospect's role, company, industry, and recent activities to generate unique opening lines and value propositions. Simply enable "AI Personalisation" in your sequence settings, and the system will automatically customise your templates while maintaining your brand voice and key messaging.
What happens when a prospect replies?
When a prospect replies, they're automatically removed from the sequence to prevent awkward follow-ups. You'll receive a notification, and the conversation moves to your Inbox for personal follow-up. The system tracks reply sentiment (positive, neutral, negative) to help you prioritise your responses.

Integrations

Which CRMs does Leadsy integrate with?
Leadsy integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho CRM. Our bi-directional sync ensures your data stays consistent across platforms. Activities, contacts, and opportunities are automatically synced, so your sales team always has the latest information.
How do I connect my Gmail account?
Go to Settings → Integrations → Email → Connect Gmail. You'll be redirected to Google's authorisation page. Grant Leadsy permission to send and track emails on your behalf. This ensures all outreach comes from your actual email address for better deliverability and authenticity.
Can I use Leadsy with LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
Yes! Leadsy works seamlessly with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Install our Chrome extension to import leads directly from Sales Navigator searches, sync activities, and automate connection requests and messaging while respecting LinkedIn's safety limits.
Does Leadsy have an API for custom integrations?
Absolutely! Our REST API and webhooks allow you to build custom integrations with any tool in your stack. Access comprehensive documentation at docs.leadsy.com/api. Enterprise customers get dedicated API support and higher rate limits.

Billing & Account

Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep full access until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and direct debit for Australian bank accounts. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET30 terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
How do I add or remove team members?
Go to Settings → Team Members. Click "Invite Member" to add someone via email. They'll receive an invitation link to set up their account. To remove someone, click the three dots next to their name and select "Remove". Billing adjusts automatically based on your team size.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support@leadsy.com for a full refund. After that, you can cancel at any time, and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle.
